We work out of Winchester and travel to you. There is no showroom to visit, which is normal for this trade and worth saying plainly rather than implying a storefront that does not exist. What the address means is that the business is genuinely in Clark County, and still here after the job.

What happens after you get in touch

We call you back
Within 24 hours on a form or an email, and usually a good deal sooner during the working week. If you called us, you have already skipped this step.

We agree a time
Most addresses in Richmond, Winchester and Berea can be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. April through June the storm season can push that to 3 to 5 days.

We inspect and write it up
Surface, flashings, gutters, soffits, and the attic where there is access. You get a written report with photographs and a condition rating on each component.

You decide, with no pressure
If work is needed you get an itemized written estimate valid for 30 days. If it is not needed, the report says so and that is the end of it.
One thing worth saying because it is unusual: if the inspection finds your roof is fine, we tell you it is fine, and you will not hear from us again unless you call. There is no follow-up sequence.
