Before you book

Every item listed on this page: the roof surface, all flashings and penetrations, the structure and attic where access is available, and the full drainage system. You receive a written report with timestamped photographs and a condition rating for each component. Free, with no hidden fees and no obligation.

For most addresses in Richmond, Winchester and Berea we can usually schedule within 24 to 48 hours. During peak storm season, roughly April through June, high demand can extend that to 3 to 5 days. Emergency inspections for active leaks or fresh storm damage are prioritized.

No. If your roof has ten good years left, we will say so and tell you the maintenance that helps it get there. We have turned away plenty of work by telling homeowners their roof was fine. That is why people call us back when it genuinely does need replacing.

You get the written report within 24 hours. If we found problems, you also get an itemized written estimate, valid for 30 days, with no pressure to accept it. If the damage looks like a covered insurance claim, we explain what is likely covered before you decide whether to file.

Not for the exterior. We can assess the roof, gutters, fascia and soffit from outside without you there. For the attic and decking portion we need someone to provide access, so we schedule that part around you.
