When you submit the inspection form, use the webchat, or call us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, property address, and where you provide it, your email address and a description of the problem.

We do not ask for and have no use for payment details, social security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

To contact you about your roof, to schedule an inspection or a job, and to follow up on work in progress. Where you have asked us to handle an insurance claim, we use your property details in the documentation we prepare for your carrier.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Our inspection request form is provided by Noza and is embedded from api.noza.app. Submitting it sends your information to Noza's systems as well as ours.

The chat widget in the corner of the page is provided by LeadConnector. Opening it starts a conversation handled through their platform.

The homepage contact form is handled by Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data on its side, and we are not responsible for their practices.

This site may set cookies to remember basic preferences and may use analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. The embedded form and chat widget above may set their own cookies.

The site is served over HTTPS, so anything you send from a form is encrypted in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email using the details below and we will handle it.

If you would rather not submit anything through this website at all, the phone number works just as well. It is the way most of our customers reach us.
